This notice explains how this website handles the information you enter.
Summary
The enquiry form does not send anything. It writes a WhatsApp message for you, and you press send yourself. This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to count visitors, the pages they open, and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and directions links. This site runs no advertising pixels and no other third party trackers. Apart from that visitor data, the only information this site stores is a comment you choose to post in the News section, and every comment is checked before it appears.

Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent by you, through WhatsApp
What you type is assembled into a message in your own browser. When you press the button, WhatsApp opens with that message ready. It is not sent until you send it.
The message goes to Nik Hazmi, +60 11-1600 9003, the operations contact for the property. From that point the message sits in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own terms apply to it, not this site's.
If you close the page without pressing the button, no information leaves your browser.
What this site does and does not do
No advertising and no social media trackers. Basic visitor analytics.
The main pages are files
The main pages of this site are plain files, with no database and no server code that receives form data. The News section is the exception: it uses a database to store news posts and comments.
Basic analytics, no advertising
Google Analytics sets cookies and device identifiers to count visitors. There are no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. Other cookies are used only when a site manager signs in to write news.
Requests to other companies are limited to Google
Fonts are hosted on this website's own server, so no information is shared with third party font services. The only other company that receives requests from this site is Google, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. The News section shows no profile pictures from outside services.
Display preference
Your choice of light or dark mode is stored in your browser only and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.

You can leave a comment on posts in the News section, which is written in Bahasa Melayu. Every comment is checked by Laman Pok Nik before it appears.

No email address is asked for. The IP address and browser type are recorded automatically to filter spam, and can be seen only by the site managers and the site's technical administrator, Biszverse. A copy of each new comment is emailed to the site managers for checking. Spam filtering runs on this website's own server, and comments are not sent to any third party spam filtering service.
Server logs
The website's hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the address requested and the time of the request, as is standard for all websites.

Who to contact
To request removal of a WhatsApp enquiry or of a comment in the News section, please contact Nik Hazmi on the same number. WhatsApp messages can be deleted by either party.
